I don’t have to tell you how much fun I had with Alicia on the show; you only have to watch our impromptu video literally minutes before we went on air! I loved it! As a Social Media specialist, she gave a lot more insight to how beneficial social media is for any business. We used ‘Mr Joe – the florist’ as our imagery Hammersmith station-based florist to illustrate how he could grow his fan based and business with social media; and on my way home, I couldn’t believe ‘Mr Joe’ was there!
